Finally, I could lead down the problem to a 3rd party-software:

UPEK Protector Suite QL 5.2 (delivered with a Sony Vaio BX 194VP). This
Fingerprint-Reader-Software produceses error while connecting to the
computer via Remote Desktop.

After de-installation, Windows works fine remotely.
