I have a list of Panasonic models which have been affected by SP2, this is
not in it, but as a new model that could be the reason why.
MS do know about the problem, but there is not a fix as of now. I do not
have a release date of anything either.
It has been awhile since I asked about it, so I will put a question to MS
today and let you know if anything comes from it.
In the mean time, if you bought in the UK, sale of goods act says it must be
fit for the purpose etc, you could argue it is not fit for this prupose and
swap it for another cam.
