I used my Althon PC with NVIDIA GeForce 2DDR display card to test this
10" mon

All suggested done & checked PnP monitor choosed. Still the same
problem

Tried freq 60, 70, 72, 75Hz without reboot (Changing frequency with my
Samsung LCD monitor, then swap signal cable to 10" Topcon mon, that
avoid having to reboot). Still no improvement.

I've talked to the shop staff on phone. He answered no special setting
but screen refresh rate (should be 60Hz). He has no special suggestion.

I wonder if NVIDIA card has interoperation problem with this 10" Topcon
monitor.
