Default Re: Where is DV-AVI option??

I have a Dell purchased 2 years ago. I have been able to burn a CD in the
past. How would I find out if the hard drive id formatted in NTFS or FAT32?
Can one change this? I just do not have the DV-AVI option. There has to be a
way to get around this.
