windows media encoder is a stand alone programme, you'd need to save your
movie as a dv-avi file to import into WME to get it to do anything.
Can we get a few questions answered first?
Do you have audio on the movie maker timeline?
What file types are you using in your movie project?
Can you save it to a dv-avi file?
If so, will it play in WMP with audio?
What programme are you using to encode the mpeg file for the vcd or dvd?
