Re: Scanner bulb stays lit after use
The people who make the scanners figure that you are going to scan more than
one document. Seeing as how it takes time for the bulb to warm up and
stabilize, it is on an automatic shutdown timer. Come back within a few
minutes and the scanner initiates a second scan in less time.
