Default RE: Speakers Volume Goes High and Low, no Speakers Problem

Well if the sounds are doing in all players, it isn't any Player's setup. If
Window Sounds are doing it, then it isn't payer updates it has to be Windows
or the card or the connections.
I would check all the connections on the sound card as well as the
speakers. I would also check to be sure the sound card is firmly pugged into
the socket. I would then make sure you have the latest driver update for your
card.
