dont panic jgirl... i lost mine for four days and spent a lot of time
speaking to microsoft direct. they said that i was a one off and hadnt heard
of it but four days later its all come back to life so i know its annoying
but yours should be fixed soon. use the help in messenger tools to report the
problem as many times as you can be bothered.
