I'm trying to use the video conversation option with WM 5.1, and each time I
cannot connect to another computer. As I'm trying to connect, there is an
approximate 1 minute pause (with a blank screen). The message "Connecting
with such and such's computer" is written at the bottom of the screen. After
the minute or so, I get the message that the conversation has been ended.
This has happened to me multiple times with different contacts. The same
thing occurs with trying to start a voice conversation. I've gone through
the audio tuning wizard (as has my contact), and everything seems to be
working fine.

Any thought on what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.
