Two things to check

i) Get a ram diagnostic program to check your memory for any errors. You
can use Windows Memory Diagnostics found here -
http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp or Memtest86 at
http://www.memtest.org/. The error you are seeing is often indicative of
bad memory. If you do have bad memory, you'll need to replace the bad
memory stick.

ii) Get the latest version of the ATI display drivers from www.ati.com and
install them. If the problem isn't hardware, then a newer driver version
should hopefully address your issue.
