Game doesn't load properly from either desktop or from program listing. It
shows a very brief "one page" type of screen (and also some brief music);
then going back to main desktop automatically. Things I've attempted so
far... Uninstal and reinstal X2- zero difference. Also no luck with finding
any possible driver updates (a Microsoft idea??)- no word yet from video card
company rep. Computer manufacturer recs that I repair OS- which might not
exactly be an option- due to rather rare system specs. It's almost beginning
to look as though returning the game might be the only logical option. Could
it also be one of the accelerator settings? Any ideas of what may have been
overlooked.
