Hello have a look at;

The jist of it is you'll need to uninstall it, delete the directory from
C:\Program Files\(then possibly Bull Frog or may be EA Games)\Theme Park
World to remove any save games or config files.

Then reboot.

Then reinstall download the V2.0 patch, then reboot again and install the
2000/XP fix and cross your fingers.
