The error is probably because you do not have the connection set up properly for your ISP. Have you contacted your ISP about this problem?

Go to Start / Run and type eventvwr and press OK. Look for any "X" error messages that correspond to the time you you last saw this behavior. Double click the error to see the details. Click the Copy icon in the details window and paste the results in a reply to this message.
