My taskbar has two lines. Clock area can't display some dates correctly.

the date is not displayed.Finally I found that it happens for that
'2005-5-10' is a little longer than '2005-5-9'.That means from 2005-5-1 to
2005-5-9, date will be displayed,but it won't be displayed from 2005-5-10 to
2005-5-31.There maybe more,such as 2005-12-12,2005-11-10,2005-12-31.Too
many.

I hope that I will not be told this is by design. It repro on Windows Vista.
