Both of you have to start netmeeting. You both have it. In remote desktop start netmeeting and Tools - Remote Desktop. It can run without looking like it's running. You probably need to configure firewall. Just experiment with it as it has options everywhere. I thought I had turned it on in the menu and in Options but when I rught click the tray icon it was off and I had to turn on there.
I haven't used it for 2 1/2 years. But it's tops. And any window computer to any other windows computer. Remote Assistance is called Shared Desktop in NM.
