Default RE: QuickTime Installation Problem

I would uninstall QuickTime in Add/Remove Programs and then enter regedit in
the start => run box and search the Registry for references to QT and remove
them.

As a precaution, create a System Restore restore point in case things go
pear shaped.

Then download the latest version of QT and install it.
