When I want to play a file in the windows media player 9, i get this "Windows
media player has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for
the inconvenience." I will then send the error but nothing seems to be
happening. The same problem would pop up even when playing direct from the
CD. I have even tried to download a new player but it didn't do the trick.
Please could anybody tell me what to do to sort this problem out.
