There is nothing to prevent any PCMCIA-card from going into either the top
or the bottom slot. Your problem is probably the same as mine: Some
PCMCIA cards build so high that when inserted in the bottom slot they
prevent another PCMCIA card from going into the top slot. For USB cards
I think this is always the case simply because of the physical size of the
USB port.
