Suddenly and without explantion my WMP10 has stopped recognizing my DVD
burner. The burner is functioning properly and can be used with Roxio Easy
Media Creator 7.5. WMP just stopped seeing it. On the right pane of the WMP
burn window it says: "No CD or DVD burner has been detected. Press F5 to
refresh the player." Refesh does nothing. This is weird because it was
working perfectly and just quit. I also cannot play music I downloaded from
MSN. That's new too. No specific error message. Just "WMP has encountered
a problem and needs to close."
I can play music from CDs. Any ideas about what happened and how to fix it.
