I just checked out the Plus! Digital Media Edition 1.1 package on disk here,
and it does show atl70.dll in the "system32" folder. So it should have been
installed. Again, I would take this to the Plus! newsgroup, but it may also
be worthwhile to reinstall Plus! under the assumption that some moronic(?)
application removed atl70.dll via not paying to file refcounting.
