How do you start up WMP so that it starts in full screen from a shortcut.

I don't want to have to press ctrl enter. I want windows to run a short
fullscreen video when I startup my computer.

I want to put a shortcut in startup that loads a file with perameters I
want, such as:

Startup in full screen and Play once.

To know how to add this to a playlist would be great too.
