Options:
* The package you downloaded is corrupt. Download a new version of
mp10setup.exe. This is not likely the source of the proble, but could be.
* You have "hide protected system files" turned on. You can turn that off
under Explorer's Tools:Folder Options:View.
You need to be able to extract that file out, really.
