YW, Sir. Note that the .reg file approach that I recommended is AFAIK
totally safe to use, and resets a number of Winsock related values that
aren't handled by LSPfix, et. al. I'm not aware of anyone have problems
using the .reg files appropriate to their OS, and I've see them clear up
several "funny" access issues of the type you're experiencing other than
complete loss of connectivity (including a couple on my own Win2kSP4 system,
BTW), but of course the choice is yours. Please post back if I can be of
further assistance.
