Hi,
First go to Internet Options> Advanced> Multimedia and make sure that "Show
pictures" is checked.
Then, clear the IE cache. IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete files
(and delete offline content when that dialog pops up) It's often recommended
that the TIF folder be kept at about 50 MB (Settings.)
Next, McAfee Privacy Service has caused this problem recently. Disable it.
Next, (as a test) turn on the Windows Firewall (Control Panel> Windows
Firewall) and disable the third-party firewall (if you're running one.)
Disable other third-party security/ad-blocking programs. One of the may need
to be reconfigured.
