We have two NLBed terminal servers.
One server werks perfectly fine, the other has a problem, and that problem
is the following:
When there is a site, with a 'target="blank"' link and you click on that
link, the link will result in a white page (While when you copy and paste the
link it works fine). That white page results in an program hang for the most
of the time.

How can I solve this?
