Hi,
Have you bypassed the router to see if it's the problem?
Try...
Turn on the Windows Firewall (from Control Panel or Security Center) and
disable the third-party firewall (if running) and other third-party
security, privacy, ad-blocking programs to see if one of them is causing
this.
Other possibilities- see if there's anything you haven't tried ;-)
