Default Re: can't download messages on limited user account

What version of Windows are you using?

Is the PC set up on a LAN?

Where is the address book located? If you open the address book and
select Help, About Address Book it will show the full file name. If the
file is located in another user's My Documents you may need to move it
to the limited user's My Documents or Shared Documents.
