Default Re: Unable to open JPEG files in Outlook Express 6.0

When I get the placeholder with Red X, it also displays in this manner below
the text in the body of the message. I have at least one message with a jpeg
attachment that does display correctly intermixed (time-wise) with ones I
can't. In this instance, the file size is smaller -- a little over 100kb --
while some others are larger -- 797kb, 1mb etc. This file should be a
problem for my ISP but maybe it's a clue to something else? It's the only
differentiator I've been able to discern.

Thx for your help. -- Catherine in Phoenix
