Yes, more or less, but there's a minor fly in your ointment: If you open the
newsgroup at< e.g., 12:30PM and downloaded all new messages, read and reply
for a while and then use Catch Up at 1:30PM, you won't get any messages
posted to the server between 12:30 and 1:30 when you next poll the server.
