Open the Address Book.
In the left column click on the Group.
In the right field click on a contact.
Press Ctrl-A to Select All.
Press Ctrl-C to Copy All.
Open the blank Address Book.
Click in the Contact Pane in the new Address Book.
Press Ctrl-V to Paste All.
