CTRL+F3 shows there is something there. Below the message headers is a
bunch of gobbledy-gook that is obviously the binary attachment.

The big question is why do my co-workers receive the attachment and I
do not? Even those who use OE are recipients and they can get it. I
have to ask them to forward it to me so I can see the attachment.
