A few things.

The article that you reference says that for Windows 2000, you must have
SP2, SP3 or SP4 installed. What level is your Windows at?

You mention that you OE is version 6.00.2800.1123. You posted with
X-Newsreader: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1506

Are you posting from one of the problem PCs?

Also, take a look in OE at Help, About Outlook Express. It will show
the version numbers of that various OE and related DLL files. Compare
that list the files in that article. I've copied them for your
convenience.

Outlook Express 6 SP1 for Windows XP, Windows XP SP1, Windows 2000 SP3,
Windows 2000 SP4, and Windows NT 4.0 SP6a
