Friends - HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
I need a hand . . .
I am unable to send or receive email in OE 6. This started yesterday. I
can't think of any event that would precipitate this ? I get the following
messages, you can view them at

1) "POP 3 server has not responded"
2) "A time-out .........No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19"
In the past I have deleted POP3uidl.dbx and rebooted, problem solved, but
not this time! I am able to receive and sent mail from my ISP provided
Internet access to my mailbox.
Of course my ISP say's the issue is on my end, we reviewed setting's, and
seem to be in a agreement that they are correct. I turned off Norton email
scanning, but no dice.
