I'm afraid I haven't been able to solve a problem I posted about several
weeks ago. When I send a message to a newsgroup in OE6 it gets stuck in the
Outbox without being transmitted. Error message:

"Outlook Express could not post your message. Subject 'Re: GUI problem',
Account: 'secnews.netscape.com', Server: 'secnews.netscape.com', Protocol:
NNTP, Port: 563, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10054, Error Number:
0x800CCC0F"

The Outbox, Drafts and Sent boxes are always kept clear, and as a result of
the response my previous post on this, I deleted outbox.dbx, which of course
regenerated on reopening, but the problem still remained.

The only recent change in circumstances I can think of is that I recently
switched from dialup to Verizon broadband.

I finally got that message to post by moving it into the Drafts folder and
trying again.
If I don't have a problem posting this I'll follow up and mention it.
