Ahh yes.. I got bit by that my first couple of times...

"Any Approval" includes only "Detect Only" and "Install".

If you've disabled the auto-approval option to "Automatically approve all
updates for Detection", then new content will be "Not Approved" by default,
and it will not show up in this filter selection.
