I cannot install the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - November 2005
(KB890830). It seems to download and then will not install telling me there
was an installation failure.

When I check the download history it reveals error code Error Code:
0x80246001.

I have searched on this code but no one seems to know what it means

Anyone out there can help please?
