Despite your testimonial, there is no description whatsoever of what this
executable does nor is there any Privacy statement on any of the webpages.
Blindly trusting such an anonymously posted fix is quite risky and, while it
may fix your problem, installing/using it may give you unwanted hiajckware
or cause other problems.
I would not use this fix.
