According to that log, BITS-service fails to start.

Did you read this site I mentioned earlier?

to update your Windows anymore automatically or from Windows
Update-website. This often occurs when you uninstall certain
antivirus/internet security programs."

And you just uninstalled an antivirus program. Try FixWindowsUpdate.
