Then.. to repeat what has already been suggested, and I hope you send it to
your cousin...
Please post detailed documentation for the program that tells us exactly what
it does to the website where the utility is offered.
For one, if we know what it does, and it 'automates' something we're already
telling people to do manually, it will be much easier for /everybody/. Plus,
we'll send people to his website, rather than posting manual instructions in
the newsgroup -- which is a plus for your cousin.
For two, if the utility does something we do /not/ know about.. it would be
very useful to the community to know what the fix(es) actually are that we
don't know about.
For three.. it's the /right/ thing to do if your cousin wants to establish a
reputation for being a reliable software developer.
