Hey Bear, I went to that link you sent me, did everything that it asked so i
went to bed thinking it was going to be fine... When I woke up this morning,
got online to see the little blue Windows Update icon showed up on the button
bar(install reminder for KB896688) as well as when i loaded the Windows
Update screen, it showed the cumulative security update for KB896688... Not
sure what to do at this point. Like I said, even if i click on the blue icon
download update or on the Windows Update screen for the update, it keeps
showing that it has to be downloaded. I did some reading and from what i
read, people have said that the Automatic Update has been having problems.
Not sure if that's true but wouldn't be surprised. I'm hoping as well as
others that there will be a patch for this or that Microsoft will delete the
896688 problem and have something else to offer. If there's any other input
you can offer or anybody else, I'm all ears. Thanx
