I need more info, you stated that you had problems with SP2 update? I think
you should solve this problem 1st, Netframe is part of SP2 (I believe, and
please correct me if I am wrong) very unusual for a home user to need
netframe. What program is asking for netframe? Are you in an Office with a
Domain? if so I would contact my IT department.
