Default RE: .Net 1.1 Framework needed but do I need SP2

I work from home, and to contiunue to work from home I need a program that my
work suggested. I tried to dl it and it failed, so when I contacted the
company who makes the program they stated I needed .net 1.1 framework.
Oh and I have tried and tried to fix my problems with SP2, with many but not
all of the solutions the other poster suggested.... so I will try all of the
other suggestions and see if I can dl SP2. At least I now know I must dl SP2
to get the .net framework.
Thank you,
Sara
