I have this listed as an IE problem, not Explorer but try this:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on
OK to terminate application.

Start-Run-Regedit
Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\RPCKDM
Ensure the highlight is on the key in the left-hand pane.
Export it for safety (if you wish).
Right click and select Delete.
