I am trying to install the latest updates. In one case, with autoupdate
turned on, the list of file to update is shown, but nothing happens once I
click download. In the other case, with manual update (via the express option
on the website), the files are downloaded, but not installed. In this latter
case, I get a message that the installation failed.

Any ideas?
