Don,

Then your issue is not the same. Open the KB835732.log in the WINDOWS
directory and post it here. If you've installed SP2 then you do not need
to install KB835732. Here's the link to the Security Bulletin :

You can also compare the files of the update with the files on your
system. Not sure what SP you've installed, if any, but it covers pre-SP1
and with-SP1.
