Hi Patti. Thanks for a timely post given the busy time of year.
I did try the link you gave but not the very last item on that link. I will
have a look at the events log you suggested. I may be out of time though as
the computer will be picked up later this afternoon. I will keep trying until
it goes a perhaps by email afterwards ;-)
