Create separate, differently named Contacts (e.g., Rockster-Home,
Rockster-Work, Rockster-Personal, Rockster-Hotmail) and use only the
pertinent address for each.

OR

Open Address Book > Highlight a Contact with multiple addresses > Action >
Send mail to > ...
