We upgraded win98SE to XP Pro and lost Outlook Express. It is checked in
the windows components menu and we've unchecked and then checked it again,
but it didn't help. It is named as the news and email program in IE. It
will start and show the screen logo momentarily and then gives the "send the
problem to Microsoft message" and closes.
