It depends what you mean by "appears in the address bar list"
If it only appears as one of the 25 (maximum) choices when you hit the
down pointer on the right hand side of the address box, then it is a
TypedUrl and is normally typed in (though it is not impossible to get
it there in other ways)
If it is not a TypedUrl and it only appears as part of an AutoComplete
suggestion when you start typing, then it doesn't have to have been
typed in.
