David, you can perform a dual boot with XP Home as both OS's. Just make
sure you have the first drive connected.
The second drive will install a clean version of WinXP Home and
reconfigure your boot.ini file to include both OS's.
Boot from the WinXP CD and select New Install>Advanced. Which will
allow you to choose the drive or partition to
install XP.
